It’s always a joy capturing special moments for my clients, but Erika and Stephan’s Laguna Beach maternity photography session felt especially meaningful. Not only did I have the honor of photographing their engagement and wedding, but Erika and I are also both pregnant at the same time! Being able to capture this new chapter of their lives while going through a similar journey myself was such a fun and heartwarming experience.

For their maternity session, we chose the stunning backdrop of Laguna Beach. The serene ocean, the soft sandy shores, and the golden sunlight created the perfect setting to celebrate this milestone. Erika planned a few different outfits for the session, and I absolutely loved how each one added a unique mood and feel to the photos.

Throughout the shoot, the connection between Erika and Stephan was so evident. They are such a fun and loving couple, and you can see how excited they are to become parents. Stephan couldn’t stop smiling and doting on Erika, while she radiated that undeniable pregnancy glow. The moments between them felt natural and easy to capture, and their love for each other shone through in every frame.

Being able to document their journey from engagement to marriage, and now parenthood, has been such an honor. This Laguna Beach maternity photography session was not just about capturing beautiful photos but also about celebrating the deep bond they’ve shared throughout the years.
